Stormy charcoal, and ochre yellow give this small vase a earthy, wintery presence. Fluid brush marks flows across the surface of the piece in drops reminiscent of a sleet shower.
The slip decoration is left unglazed (but polished) creating a wonderfully soft tactile finish.
