Wanderings - Bud Vase
I’ve done plenty of walking from my house over the last few months, discovering footpaths and fields I did not know about before. Being outside is in turn both tranquil and invigorating, and I wanted to explore this in one of my vases.
A soft colour palette of natural cream is broken by bursts of earthy greens, with wandering lines providing a great sense of movement on the surface of this vase. The panel of colour is left unglazed (but polished) which creates a wonderful tactile finish.
Fill with foraged finds from walks, or perhaps spring flowers from the garden.
